I wish I had made this move sooner. For 4 years we self fulfilled our products, then decided to try a 3PL, I audited every 3PL company in Australia and Black Bear was one of the few that provided tailored services, but also worked out to be the cheapest. After coming onboard with them, I have only looked at my orders twice, my invoice was half of what I was paying for self fulfilment and both these combined makes for such a better business model and healthier business owner.

I have been working with Black Bear Fulfilment for three years now and I can honestly say it is one of the best 3PL companies I have worked with in Australia. No task is too big or too small, their people and internal processes work together seamlessly and they deliver on their promises. I love that I can communicate with the warehouse and admin personnel as readily as I can speak to the owners. They have a very personal approach with their clients and understand that all businesses are unique in their requirements. There's no one size fits all here!! How they maintain their high standard of service during peak retail times has always impressed me. Their busiest times are our busiest times, but our customers would never know!! 9 MONTH UPDATE: I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Black Bear over the past 9 months. Recently went away on a long overseas trip and not once in the 5 weeks we were away did we have to worry about orders or any inbound/outbound goods. The communication is consistent and prompt, and I know we can continue to focus on business growth here and abroad without having to worry about the warehouse operations. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they're always willing to work with us with whatever we need.

The team at Black Bear Fulfillment have been exceptional to work with every step along the way from initial discussions, planning and implementation. We have managed fulfillment in house for 7 years but needed to outsource it to continue scaling, which we were very hesitant about doing because we are extremely particular. However, nothing was too much trouble and if anything we are now kicking ourselves we waited so long to start with a 3PL. After spending 12 months having discussions with several 3PL's, from the largest to more boutique, we couldn't not go with Black Bear. We are confident that we are being looked after by a team who understand the importance of quality service, accuracy and meeting customer expectations. Highly recommend.

We moved to Black Bear after a less than positive experience with another fulfilment company - think lost stock, radio silence whenever we had an enquiry and a steady stream of surprise fees on each bill. Black Bear couldn't be more of a contrast to our previous experience. They are extremely knowledgable, helpful and totally transparent in everything they do. My only regret is not choosing Mack and his team in the first place. Switching fulfilment companies is pretty stressful, however Black Bear managed the whole process for us. The onboarding was fantastic. But the thing that sets these guys apart is the ongoing communication. If I ever have an question or need to clarify something, Mack and Holly are on the other end of the phone or email ready to answer. Black Bear is not someone that we outsource to, but rather an extension of our business and part of the team, and we couldn't do what we do without them!

Black Bear Fulfillment has been a godsend for my business in Australia. It was super easy to get started and there have been very few hiccups so far. Everything goes out super fast and their service is superb! I can't say the same for fulfillment centers in the US. Blackbear has great systems. Their fulfillment system integrates with Shopify so there’s auto data feed. That is so much better than some medium or large fulfillment providers are still using manual data extraction and upload. They also have very friendly team that are easy to talk to.
